their own customized, and totally secure, HIPAA compliant
website. Once logged in, clients have access to all statuses
of orders, requests for additional records, as well as the
ability to download all previously copied records.

Storage
With our unique computer database, your initial order and
all collected material is securely stored in a digital format
at our facility for three years; obtaining additional copies
is just a telephone call away.
Document
Preparation
CD Photocopy Service, Inc. will create any Subpoena, Authorization,
Proof of Service, Notice to Consumer and all other documentation
necessary in order to produce discovery material for any and
all Workers’ Compensation cases.
